[5] What do you think about group work?

Many company need group works, but, i enjoy and prefer working independently.

Because, working alone has a lot of advantages than work together.

 

First of all, i can manage own my time without distractions.

and i can easily focus my work.

 

However, my work scope grow every year.

the company gave me group project.. they didn't regard my personal preference.

 

In that case, i try to break down the work into individual tasks

and delegate this to my teammates as can as possible.

 

For these reasons, i'm concerned about group project being mandatory in school.

I believe it is more important for students to experience completing their own tasks to the end,

rather than participating in group activities.

 

I think, group proejcts work better when people know how to handle their own tasks first.
